Dr. Randy Pardue
Physician & Founder
Dr. Pardue has been practicing medicine in Knoxville since 1990, and early in his career he became convinced that most chronic disease could be reversed — not just managed. Frustrated by a system built around prescribing medications rather than addressing root causes, he developed Vital Wellness to help patients get well through nutrition, exercise, sleep, and peace. He has watched it work thousands of times, including in patients reversing mild cognitive impairment, a precursor to Alzheimer’s disease. He was named Outstanding Practitioner of the Year for Tennessee, though he will tell you those awards mean far less than watching a patient get their life back. A UT graduate, a proud Vol, and a man of faith, he desires to serve Christ in all things. He and his wife Dr. Jeanann Pardue have four sons, three daughters-in-law, and four grandchildren, and he is actively involved at Lonsdale Community Church in Knoxville.
